The unobstructed view of the Matterhorn from the suite is simply breathtaking. Spacious rooms with an option for kitchen setups make it easy to whip up your meals if you choose not to dine out.
Unfortunately, the swimming pool was out of commission during my stay, which was quite disappointing considering it was -8 degrees outside. Additionally, the breakfast was less than impressive. a small portion of bread and limited fruit selection didn’t cut it. The location, while picturesque, requires a bit of a trek to reach the heart of dining options in town.

The exceptional hospitality of the staff made us feel at home, and the beautiful outdoor garden area along with the pool provided a great space to unwind after our daily adventures. The selection of quality amenities really enhanced our experience, especially the access to transport assistance which simplified our excursions.
However, the limited dining options on-site forced us to venture far for meals, which wasn't ideal after a long day.

Breathtaking views of the Matterhorn from the suite were a highlight, complemented by the warm hospitality that made the atmosphere feel like home. Breakfast brought to our room included delicious homemade marmalade and an exceptional selection of local cheeses. However, the absence of a restaurant on-site was a letdown, and the indoor spa facilities were not accessible during our stay, restricting relaxation options. The building's distance from central dining venues made for additional travel time during meal outings.

Staying in the Deluxe Suite was a truly memorable experience, especially with the spectacular views of the Matterhorn right from the balcony. The breakfast set-up allowed us to enjoy fresh ingredients, including delightful fruit salads, in the comfort of our room. However, the lack of on-site dining options required us to venture outside for meals, which was less than convenient. Additionally, while the staff was welcoming, some amenities like the spa were not accessible during our stay, reducing our relaxation options.
